the URL will be consulted to determine the selected management view of the the management
screen. The selected view is displayed in a lighter color than the other tabs, and can be
used to determine the help screen.

An easy way to define the management_view variable is to set it when creating a HTMLFile,
for example,

  manage_findForm=HTMLFile('findForm', globals(), management_view='Find')

Added basic help screens for Zope products. Some of these maybe moved to other Products (e.g. ZCatalog help should probably be in the ZCatalog Product). These files were generated from ZCMR.xml (Zope Content Manager's Reference, a DocBook document in the ZopeDoc cvs repository) via XSLT. Yeeha!

it. The patch makes ZServer ignore stdin if there is no Content-Length
and makes it stop looking if Content-Length or more bytes have already
been read.
