Added Makefile.in.

  object (unchanged from source except "range" -> "xrange").

	Does not need any SGI-specific libraries.
cgen.py, cstubs, Makefile: Generate glmodule.c differently so that it
	can be compiled using an ANSI compiler.

thread.h: use PROTO instead of _P for prototypes.

* posixmodule.c: removed all MSDOS specific stuff.
* tokenizer.h, parsetok.h: in prototypes, don't mix named and unnamed
