Older Wireless controllers from Intel used CSR chips to provide support for Bluetooth. The commit d0ac9eb7 (Bluetooth: btusb: Ignore unknown Intel devices with generic descriptor) disabled these older controllers. To enable them again, put them into the blacklist and mark them clearly as CSR based controllers.
