hv_network_direct is an RDMA driver specific for Azure. Supporting it
requires multiple versions of the driver that are selected via
userspace. Currently that's only supported in the linux-azure kernel and
keeping a single version in the xenial kernel might cause issues when it
doesn't match the host OS version.
