    x86/apic: Deinline x2apic functions · 981c2eac
    Thomas Gleixner authored
These inline functions are used in both the cluster and the physical x2apic
code to fill in the function pointers of the apic structure. That means the
code is generated twice for no reason.

Move it to a C code and reuse it.
