Patch from Ben Dooks

Fixes the following problems and ommisions:

 - added variable for base crystal rate
 - moved clock variables into clock.c
 - fixed bug in identifying s3c2440 cpus
 - added initial support for new uart registration
 - removed base blocks from include/asm/arch/hardware.h
