This patch adds the GBE video driver for the video system in SGI IP32
aka O2 and it's i386-based equivalent the Visual Workstation.
                                                                              
This driver obsoletes sgivwfb.c; but I'd prefer to play safe and remove
it after some additional time, just in case.
