We extend the KVM ISA extension ONE_REG interface to allow KVM
user space to detect and enable scalar crypto extensions for
Guest/VM. This includes extensions Zbkb, Zbkc, Zbkx, Zknd, Zkne,
Zknh, Zkr, Zksed, Zksh, and Zkt.
