Merge tag 'scsi-fixes' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jejb/scsi

Pull SCSI fixes from James Bottomley:
 "Five fixes, all in drivers.

  The big change is the UFS task management rework, with lpfc next and
  the rest being fairly minor and obvious fixes"
