staging: unisys: remove unused code from controlvmchannel.h

Delete struct PciConfigHdr, struct ScsiId, struct WWID, struct
VirtDiskInfo, enum CONTROLVM_ACTION, and enum ULTRA_TOOL_ACTIONS.
