Revert "x86: vdso: Use $LD instead of $CC to link"

This reverts commit 3f8c4bc3 which was
commit 379d98dd upstream.

This commit, along with the commit which purports to
fix it (e8a65003 aka
cd01544a upstream), still cause glibc to
FTBFS on eoan as noted in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/glibc/+bug/1830890/comments/7 so
revert both commits.
