coresight: Fix DEBUG_LOCKS_WARN_ON for uninitialized attribute

While running the linux-next with CONFIG_DEBUG_LOCKS_ALLOC enabled,
I get the following splat.

Fix this by initialising the dynamically allocated attribute properly.
