Subject: [Kernel-janitors] [PATCH] drivers/scsi/aic7xxx_old MIN/MAX/NUMBER
	removal

Patch (against 2.6.6-rc1) removes unnecessary min/max/number macros and
changes calls to use kernel.h macros instead.
