drm/amd/display: use CRTC_VERTICAL_INTERRUPT0 as VBLANK trigger.

VBLANK interrupt is driven bu line buffer vcounter which is
ahead of CRTC vcounter. Use an interrupt that fires at the actual
CRTC vblank start boundry.
