arm64: dts: mediatek: spherion: Add keyboard backlight

The Spherion board has keyboard backlight controlled by the PWM signal
generated by the ChromeOS EC.

Enable PWM output for ChromeOS EC and add a PWM controlled LED node for
the keyboard backlight.
