[PATCH] Fix SELinux avtab

From: Stephen Smalley <sds@epoch.ncsc.mil>, Arnd Bergmann <arnd@arndb.de>

This patch changes the SELinux avtab to use vmalloc/vfree; the table is too
large for kmalloc on s390.
