selinux: minor tweaks to selinux_add_opt()

Two minor edits to selinux_add_opt(): use "sizeof(*ptr)" instead of
"sizeof(type)" in the kzalloc() call, and rename the "Einval" jump
target to "err" for the sake of consistency.
