[PATCH] m68knommu: makefile support for new CPU and board types

Add build support for new CPU families and boards. Specifically for
the 527x ColdFire family, and the generic 528x CPU family.
Also made the switch to -O1, gives smaller code on m68k and ColdFire
platforms.
