hwmon: Add DT bindings schema for PVT controller

PVT controller (MR75203) is used to configure & control
Moortec embedded analog IP which contains temprature sensor(TS),
voltage monitor(VM) & process detector(PD) modules.

Add DT bindings schema for PVT controller.
