hwmon: (nct6775) Add support for NCT6796D

NCT6796D is mostly compatible to NCT6795D. It supports an additional
pwm control and fan speed channel.

While we are at it, update documentation for NCT6795D.

This driver can also be built as a module. If so, the module
will be called nct6775.
