Merge tag 'at91-cleanup' of git://github.com/at91linux/linux-at91 into next/cleanup

From Nicolas Ferre:
AT91: Move to Common Clock Framework and sama5d3 implementation
This is the first step to move AT91 to the CCF.
- core CCF and drivers for most of the clocks
- use of CCF for sama5d3 (100% DT-based)
