[SCSI] qla2xxx: Wrong PCIe(2.5Gb/s x8) speed in the kerenel message for ISP82xx.

qla2xxx show wrong PCIe(2.5Gb/s x8) speed in the kerenel message. It should be
5.0Gb/s.
