drm/panel: boe-th101mb31ig002: use wrapped MIPI DCS functions

Remove conditional code and always use mipi_dsi_dcs_*multi() wrappers to
simplify driver's init/enable/exit code.

Convert the hex in init_code from UPPERCASE to lowercase.
