UBUNTU: SAUCE: (efi-lockdown) Lock down module params that specify hardware parameters (eg. ioport)

Provided an annotation for module parameters that specify hardware
parameters (such as io ports, iomem addresses, irqs, dma channels, fixed
dma buffers and other types).
