drm/i915: remove unused intel_dvo_dev_ops hooks

struct intel_dvo_dev_ops's ::create_resources(), ::prepare(),
::commit::, and get_modes() are all unused since their addition in
79e53945 (DRM: i915: add mode setting support). Drop all of them.
