MIPS: DTS: CI20: Add DT nodes for HDMI setup

We need to hook up
* HDMI connector
* HDMI power regulator
* JZ4780_CLK_HDMI @ 27 MHz
* DDC pinmux
* HDMI and LCDC endpoint connections
