media: dt-bindings: qcom,venus: cleanup

Cleanup the Qualcomm SoC Venus bindings:
 - Drop unneeded blank lines and quotes,
 - Fix indentation in example to 4-space (to match DT schema bindings
   style),
 - Add SoC name in each title.
