[PATCH] Fix x86_64 allmodconfig with gcc-3.4.0

From: Andi Kleen <ak@muc.de>

*** Warning: "memcmp" [drivers/atm/zatm.ko] undefined!

gcc 3.4 specific problem. This patch should fix it. Actually it would be
better to move all these EXPORT_SYMBOLs into lib/string.c, it is silly that
each arch has to duplicate all that.
