drm: clarify and linkify DRM_CLIENT_CAP_WRITEBACK_CONNECTORS docs

Make it clear that the client is responsible for enabling ATOMIC
prior to enabling WRITEBACK_CONNECTORS. Linkify the reference to
ATOMIC.
