o wl3501: reorganization

. use enun instead of tons of #defines
. put the initial smp locking, still commented out
. use some defines for magic numbers
. break the rx_interrupt routine in multiple inlines for each signal
  type
. CodingStyle cleanups
. Activated the stupid loop, will now try without it, works? kill this
