PCI: xilinx-nwl: Add 'Xilinx' to Kconfig prompt

Add the "Xilinx" vendor name to the CONFIG_PCIE_XILINX_NWL Kconfig prompt
so it matches other drivers.  Rename from "PCIe Core" to "PCIe controller".
