RDMA/uverbs: Fix typo of sizeof argument

Since size of 'hdr' pointer and '*hdr' structure is equal on 64-bit

fixing of typo is required.

Fixes: da0f60df ("RDMA/uverbs: Prohibit write() calls with too small buffers")
