HID: correct kernel-doc notation in <linux/hid*.h>

Correct kernel-doc notation in HID header files (include/linux/hid*.h).
Add notation (comments) where it is missing.
Use the documented "Return:" notation for function return values.
Fix a few typos/spellos.
