[ARM PATCH] 2008/1: OMAP update 4/6: Include files

Patch from Tony Lindgren

This patch syncs the mainline kernel with the linux-omap tree.
The highlights of the patch are:
- DMA fixes from Samuel Ortiz
- USB low level configuration from David Brownell
- H3 support from Nishant Kamat
- TPS65010 power management interface from Dirk Behme
