wifi: ath11k: add channel 177 into 5 GHz channel list

Add support for the 5 GHz channel 177 with center frequency 5885 MHz and
operating class 125 per IEEE Std 802.11ax-2021, Table E-4.

Tested-on: WCN6855 hw2.0 PCI WLAN.HSP.1.1-03125-QCAHSPSWPL_V1_V2_SILICONZ_LITE-3
