drm/selftests: add drm buddy smoke testcase

- add a test to ascertain that the critical functionalities
  of the program is working fine
- add a timeout helper function

v2:
  - removed unnecessary test succeeded print
  - replace list_del()/list_add_tail() with list_move_tail()
