kbuild: unify cmd_dt_S_dtb and cmd_dt_S_dtbo

cmd_dt_S_dtb and cmd_dt_S_dtbo are almost the same; the only difference
is the prefix of the begin/end symbols. (__dtb vs __dtbo)
