ASoC: simple-card-utils: enable flexible CPU/Codec/Platform

Current simple-card / audio-graph are assuming fixed
single-CPU/Codec/Platform.
This patch prepares multi-CPU/Codec/Platform support.

Note is that it is not yet full-multi-support.
