usb: core: config: Change sizeof(struct ...) to sizeof(*...)

This fixes the following checkpatch.pl warnings:

drivers/usb/core/config.c:989: CHECK:ALLOC_SIZEOF_STRUCT: Prefer kzalloc(sizeof(*bos)...) over kzalloc(sizeof(struct usb_bos_descriptor)...)
