drm/i915: fix 64bit divide

ERROR: "__udivdi3" [drivers/gpu/drm/i915/i915.ko] undefined!
ERROR: "__divdi3" [drivers/gpu/drm/i915/i915.ko] undefined!

Store the frequency in kHz and drop 64bit divisions.
