hwmon: (gpio-fan) Fix build with CONFIG_THERMAL=m and SENSORS_GPIO_FAN=y

Fix build error when CONFIG_THERMAL=m and SENSORS_GPIO_FAN=y
by preventing that combination.

Fixes these build errors:
