char: ipmi: replace snprintf in show functions with sysfs_emit

coccicheck complains about the use of snprintf() in sysfs show
functions:
WARNING  use scnprintf or sprintf

Use sysfs_emit instead of scnprintf, snprintf or sprintf makes more
sense.
