Since commit 576d2f25 "ARM: add generic ioremap optimization by reusing static mappings" ioremap() is trying to reuse existing static mapping when possible. The condition checking boundaries of the requested and existing mappings didn't take in-page offset into consideration though, which lead to obscure and hard to debug problems when requested mapping crossed end of the static one. Both the suspend and resume functions incorrectly set psbfb = to_psb_fb(NULL) outside of the loop over all of the framebuffers. Fix this by moving the assignment of psbfb inside the loop and removing the initialisation of fb. Signed-off-by:

Currently the watchdog driver calls the pm_runtime_enable and never the disable. This may cause a warning when pm_runtime_enable checks for the count match.
