This cset applies the ARM fixups for various 2.5.48 changes, including
fixing ADFS.  This cset does NOT contain ARM fixes for Rusty's 2.5.48
module changes.

Remove unnecessary references to various include files from arch/arm

This updates the ARM time keeping functions to use tick_nsec/1000
instead of tick.

  - NIIBE Yutaka: Super-H update
  - Alan Cox: more resyncs (ARM down, but more to go)
  - David Miller: network zerocopy, Sparc sync, qlogic,FC fix, etc.
  - David Miller/me: get rid of various drivers hacks to do mmap
  alignment behind the back of the VM layer. Create a real
  protocol for it.
