There are two users upstream which register external callbacks for switching the port power on/off and overcurrent protection. Both users only use two GPIOs for that. Instead of having that functionality in the board files, move the logic into the OHCI driver - including the interrupt handler for overcurrent detection. This adds an entry maintainer for the micro-DPU (uDPU) board which is based on Armada-3720 SoC. micro-DPU is the single-port FTTdp distribution point unit made by Methode Electronics which offers complete modularity with replaceable SFP modules both for uplink and downlink (G.hn over twisted-pair, G.hn over coax, 1G and 2.5G Ethernet over Cat-5e cable). The ATF on the i.MX8MQ device disables all non-essential power domains. For correct on-SoC peripheral operation we need both the power domain driver and generic domains, so device driver probe gets ordered behind the power domain controller driver.
