Add minimal support for the new sama5d2 Xplained board. Only USB, spi/i2c, ethernet and uart/usart peripherals added. With this DTS file you can boot the board and begin to play with it. Only the basic support for this new Atmel Cortex-A5 SoC. A subset of the peripherals is setup to allow booting. The micrel ks8851 device is present on MSM8960 CDP boards. It is connected to two regulators, one controlled via a gpio and another controlled via the RPM.
