update test prg + fix typo


storage/ndb/src/kernel/blocks/dbtc/DbtcMain.cpp:
  compile error
storage/ndb/test/ndbapi/testNodeRestart.cpp:
  upgrade test prg not to kill master node
    as master take over wont work with all these dealyed GCP_PREPARE
