MDEV-410: EXPLAIN shows type=range, while SHOW EXPLAIN and userstat show full table scan is used

- Make Item_subselect::fix_fields() ignore UNCACHEABLE_EXPLAIN flag when deciding whether 
  the subquery item should be marked as constant.
