  lock THR_LOCK_myisam later
mysys/thr_alarm.c:
  remove misplaced comment and "safety" if()
server-tools/instance-manager/instance.cc:
  add unlock
strings/decimal.c:
  correct the test for LONGLONG_MIN. fix debug sprintf
