    MDEV-7148 - Recurring: InnoDB: Failing assertion: !lock->recursive

    On PPC64 high-loaded server may crash due to assertion failure in InnoDB
    rwlocks code.

    This happened because load order between "recursive" and "writer_thread"
    wasn't properly enforced.
